The location was great for walking around a large shopping mall. The room was exceptionally large and impeccable, had a wonderful bathroom. The service was all in all exceptional. The breakfast was reasonably good, we would use them next time.

The bed was comfortable. A little kitchen, Wi-Fi, and an iron were provided. The location was comfortable, relatively close to Malate District.

Great services here! 🌟 The breakfast options are amazing, and you get a nice, big room that’s well laid out. The view from the room is just stunning, overlooking Manila Bay and the Makati skyline.

Perfect service, parking on site. Tasty breakfast options with a stunning view of the bay and Asian offerings, for example. Easy to get to, good location near the world trade centre, the Asia mall and the airport, and the Robinson mall.

During my recent stay at Sheraton Manila Bay, I had a situation where I accidentally left my bag in a taxi. I immediately contacted the hotel for help, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond to assist me. They were able to trace the taxi and recover my bag, which was later delivered to my home. The outstanding customer service provided by the hotel, especially Cedric Javier, was truly astonishing. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional assistance in this difficult situation.

Room was comfortable and spacious, typical of this chain. No problem with facilities.

Reception staff not as efficient as I expected. There was confusion over whether I had paid at time of booking or not. I paid by debit card yet was asked for large deposit for hotel facilities. when it was discussed further it was apparent that any repayment would take about 4 weeks to process if the payment was made by debit card. In the end I did pay a cash deposit at reduced rate but refused to use hotel facilities as a result! I got the deposit back at the end of stay but this type of thing can only impair customer relations. The hotel is geared mainly to Japanese and Korean customers which accounts for the silly high prices for drinks and food. I would not recommend this hotel for westerners as there are many other reasonably priced hotels in this vicinity that are more than adequate for half the price.

Well-appointed and well-maintained place, I really enjoyed well-trained personnel.

The breakfast with delicious continental, a view of the bay was savoury for what you got.
